A 60-day guarantee applies to your order. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not meet the documented specifications for its lot, contact support with your order details for a resolution, which may include replacement or refund. Because our products are research compounds, opened or partially used vials may not be returned except where the issue is a verified defect, damage, or lot discrepancy.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may proceed to binding arbitration as set forth below.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Website or any products purchased through it — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Dallas County, Texas. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND NEUROPEPTIDES AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE ENTIRETY OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION SHALL BE NULL AND VOID.

14.4 Small Claims Court Exception

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Dallas County, Texas, for disputes or claims within the jurisdictional limits of that court.

14.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice through our contact support page within thirty (30) days of your first purchase from NeuroPeptides. If you opt out, this Section 14 will not apply to you, except for the class action waiver in Section 14.3, which will still apply.
